If this sounds like you, we're keen to hear from you Kelcold Limited is the cold storage facility linked to Progressive Meats in Hastings, and we have the opportunity for an E-Cert Administrator to join this team.

**The Company**:
Kelcold Limited is a well-established cold storage business, providing storage, shipping and export services to the Progressive Meats operation.

Across the two companies, the family-friendly plant has approximately 400 employees, with people working on site (in various capacities) almost 24 / 7.

**The Role**:
This busy role is a key position for Kelcold as the need to accurately prepare and raise Electronic Certification Documents and Final Export Certificates is critical for product leaving the plant, heading out to its destination, anywhere in the world. The role requires a keen eye for detail and accuracy, as mistakes in these documents could hold up shipments.

The role also provides administration support to Kelcold staff and clients, mostly in stock control, logistics and customer care.

The role is 45 hours per week, and the work day will start at 6am with our operational staff.

**The Person**:
Your ability to focus on details, while successfully having multiple tasks on the go will be key to your success. This is a fast-paced role, where accuracy and timeliness are essential to achieving the desired outcomes. Your high level of organisational skills and your ability to respond quickly & calmly in a constantly changing work environment will be apparent.

You will have at least 3 years previous experience in an operational administration role. Previous experience with export documentation, particularly MPI Electronic Certification would be advantageous.

Although this role is predominantly office based, there is an expectation that you will be operationally focused and will be able to enter the chiller areas from time to time to check cartons, shipments etc. You must be prepared to work in a cold environment, wear the required PPE (boots and hi-viz jackets) and be aware of your own safety.

You will also be able to display:

- The ability to work independently with clear direction in a self-managed environment
- The ability to follow established processes and protocols at all times
- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
