**Your new role**
In this role, you will focus on engaging and managing a high volume of our temporary workers and contractors who are on assignment with Hays across a multiple clients.

As someone who loves building relationships, you will have regular communications with our temporary workers throughout their assignments and be the first point of contact for resolving queries and issues raised by them.

Included in this role there is the management of timesheets, expenses, and purchases orders along with the processing of contract extensions, ensuring that all compliance standards are met through out this process. You will be working with multiple software systems and databases so ensuring data integrity is maintain will be critical.

As a Senior member of the team, you will support the Team Leader with inductions, training, and assist new/junior team members. Your skills may also be required for ad hoc duties such as additional reporting, off boarding/exit interviews, and identifying opportunities for improved service delivery or areas of risk with health & safety.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Working within a recruitment environment (external or internal)
- Working in a service deliver people facing role.
- The ability to demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to manage self and time effectively and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work accurately.
- Demonstrates a high level of personal professionalism and credibility
- Experience working against key objective targets.

We offer competitive packages ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 pa dependent on experience, plus performance related pay potential on average of $3,000 - $5,000 pa. This is for full time employment based on a 40-hour work week, based in our Auckland (Takapuna) office.
