**Who are we?**
We’re Atomic Coffee Roasters, a specialty roaster who have been at the forefront of the coffee industry since 1992. Using Fairtrade, specialty-grade coffee, we source, roast and blend our beans to achieve a complex and challenging taste profile.
We’re a leader in the NZ Specialty Coffee industry, with a team of passionate and knowledgeable hospitality professionals, who believe in being serious about our coffee but not taking ourselves too seriously.
We take pride in not only serving the finest coffee but also providing customers with the opportunity to bring the magic home by offering a curated selection of Rocket coffee machines.
**Why join us as our Store Manager?**
You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, you will lead and inspire your team to consistently deliver exceptional coffee experiences. You’ll drive sales of coffee machines by providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to our customers. You’ll also run the day-to-day, including ordering, invoices, cashing-up and handling any operational queries.
This role offers plenty of opportunities for your professional development and growth. Whether you're inclined towards sales or the technical aspects, or perhaps operational, this could be the perfect step for you to kick start your career with Atomic Coffee Roasters.

**Who are we looking for?**
Someone who thrives in a dynamic work environment, who can navigate operational challenges while enhancing customer experience. Ideally you will come from a café management background, have a knack for sales and a love for coffee with ambitions to make our espresso bar a local hot spot.
