**Job Description**:
Reporting to the NIDC1 Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence and assisting in delivering cost savings through inventory management. You will oversee a team of 20 staff ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions as well as compliance with all processes and procedures.

Other duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Achieve operational excellence and deliver cost savings through inventory management.
- Train and manage team members to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Maintenance of stock control and reconcile with business systems
- Produce reports and statistics regularly
- Conduct regular cycle count and audit activity in line with group business policies
- Contribute to maintain Inventory Standard Operating Procedures
- Conduct audit activity to highlight performance standards against those procedures
- Continually review and modify models to ensure it supports the changing needs of the business

- and long-term performance goals.
