Our Opportunity
As the Team Leader for our Freight Centre in Auckland based in Penrose, your role is to take charge of all inventory and traffic movement on site, including team management and process adherence to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensure the accurate receipt of inbound product and the staging of product within the depot as documented with the relevant operating process
- Where additional fine picking and sortation is required, that this is completed in an accurate and timely manner i.e. within the performance parameters specified
- Ensuring all orders are clearly marked or identifiable and where applicable accompanied by the required documentation
- Dispatch paperwork must be accurate and legible and any shortages to be entered into SAP. All documentation is kept up-to-date and is easily accessible
- Trucks to be loaded efficiently and safely whilst maintaining product integrity i.e. ensuring zero damage to stock or equipment while loading
- The loading of trucks to be done in a sequential manner, supporting the efficient offloading and delivery of customer orders
- Ensure the required and ongoing rotation of buffer stock within the depot
- Assist with basic order management i.e. following up on a missing or delayed order.
- Ensure adherence to the company's quality programme (RMP) to meet legislative, industry and best practice standards.
- Assists in the achievement of the Company's Health & safety obligations, responsibilities and objectives
- Safe work behaviors are observed at all times and no action or inaction taken causes harm to any other person

**Shift Pattern**: Sunday
- Wednesday starting at 2pm. (40 hours p/w)
Pay rate starts at $30.63 + night shift allowance
About You
- Valid Forklift License
- Warehouse supervision experience 2-3 years desirable
- Experience working in an FMCG or food manufacturing company
- Takes responsibility for the warehouse function in the warehouse managers absence
- Demonstrates and role models company values and leadership competencies
- Commitment to zero harm safety culture
- Basic mathematics
- SAP and knowledge of RMP process desirable
