As a Senior Estimator, your determination to secure jobs is crucial. Your expertise in ensuring the company secures the right projects will be highly valued. This challenging and rewarding position allows you to make a significant impact on the company's success.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 10 years' local New Zealand commercial construction experience.
- Previous experience in QS and estimating.
- The ability to win and secure the right projects for the company and efficiently hand over project details to the team.
- Provide concise project estimates to necessary parties.
- Be able to build and maintain meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Achieve objectives in a timely and most cost-effective manner
