We are a Rotorua-based consultancy dedicated to supporting small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across New Zealand, with a strong focus on the Bay of Plenty. **The Role**
As our HR Consultant, you will:

- Provide comprehensive HR services to a variety of clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.
- Handle employment relations matters, including mediation and resolution processes.
- Manage HR administration, ensuring processes and documentation are seamless and accurate.
- Facilitate and manage HR processes, guiding clients through best practices and compliance.
- Provide the full spectrum of recruitment support for our clients.
- Balance variety and flexibility, with tasks ranging from day-to-day administration to strategic support.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Local to Rotorua (preferred) to support clients primarily in the Bay of Plenty.
- An experienced HR generalist who thrives in a dynamic and varied environment. A qualification in HR or Organisational Development is preferred.
- Strong skills in administering and mediating employment relations matters, alongside enjoying this type of work.
- Comfortable with both administrative tasks and facilitating HR processes. There is always plenty of paperwork.
- A proactive and adaptable professional who values flexibility and can adapt on the fly. Our work can be very reactive, relatively often.

**When Does This Opportunity Start?**
This exciting opportunity will be available from February 2025.
