- Perform breed-specific grooming according to client specifications and industry standards.
- Trim and style dogs’ coats based on breed characteristics and customer preferences.
- Expertly clean and express anal glands as needed during grooming sessions.
- Thoroughly clean dogs’ ears to ensure hygiene and prevent infections.
- Brush dogs’ teeth to maintain oral health and fresh breath.
- Handle and restrain dogs safely and compassionately during grooming procedures.
- Monitor dogs for any signs of health issues or abnormalities and report to pet owners if
- necessary.
- Maintain high level of cleanliness and organization of grooming tools, equipment, and work
- area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with pet owners to understand their
- grooming preferences and any special requirements for their dogs.
- Knowledge of PetEexec software is an advantage

- Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience as a professional Dog Groomer, with expertise in breed- specific grooming techniques.
- Proficiency in bath washing, blow outs, de-sheds, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, nail trimming and
- teeth brushing.
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments with patience and care.
- Strong knowledge of different dog breeds, their grooming needs, and coat types.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and
- colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality grooming services.
- Certification from a reputable grooming school or equivalent experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.

- Positions available 1
- Employment is permanent and is for a minimum of 32hrs a week between 7:00am and
- 7:00pm Monday to Friday
- Applicants must be able to work evenings and public holidays
- Pay rate $30 to $37 per hour depending on experience
