**Tuesday-Saturday 5am-1:30pm**

**The Role**:

- Responsible for ensuring the Bakery case are appropriately stocked and relevant merchandising standards are maintained at all times.
- Handling all customer enquiries / complaints and using product knowledge / customer service skills to make sales / encourage repeat business.
- Responsible for assisting in the production of specific Bakery Products as well as ensuring all related Food Safety and OSH standards are adhered to at all times.
- Packing and merchandising products.
- Working closely with and being a positive contributor within our diverse team.
