**Chilled/Frozen Manager**

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Chilled/Frozen Manager at New World Flaxmere. If you're someone who is genuinely passionate about achieving exceptional results and possesses the motivation to lead a team, we invite you to apply.

As the Chilled/Frozen Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these key areas of our business. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing a team, the financial performance of these departments, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. If you are an individual with a strong drive for achieving great results, possess great leadership and communication skills, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Excel in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Meeting key financial targets (GP, TP and wages).
- Be a good negotiator Lead activities and promotions with passion.
- Ensure operational standards are consistently met.
- Keep displays consistently appealing and well-stocked.
- Craft staff schedules for optimal coverage.
- Champion safety guidelines with commitment.

**About You**:

- Your drive and motivation set you apart.
- SAP experience is a valuable asset.
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong numerical proficiency.
- Physical fitness and adaptability with hours come naturally to you.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven track record in department management.
- Valuable experience in FMCG or food retail.

**Hours and Days of Work**:
**40 Hours Minimum Sunday to Thursday**
