Tamatea PAK'nSAVE is currently seeking a motivated and supportive Team Leader to join us The position is 40 hours per week on a permanent basis across the Chilled/Frozen/Liquor departments.

**The Role;**

As a Chilled/Frozen/Liquor Team Leader, you will be working across three busy, high volume departments. You will facilitate stock replenishment across the departments, lead a small team to ensure our shelves are replenished throughout the day. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, checking and recording temperatures, and ensuring stock is regularly rotated to adhere to our food safety control plan.

The roster works 40 hours per week with the following roster:
**Sunday - Thursday 5:00am - 1:30pm**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Training and leading a high performing team
- Liaising with inwards goods and Management to ensure objectives are met
- Identifying items through the daily Out of Stock report that require immediate replenishment
- Maintaining the placement of stock within the chillers
- Taking the lead to ensure all team members follow store policies and procedures

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone who is reliable, has commitment and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.

You must also:

- Be confident in providing clear and consistent direction to team members
- Be approachable for customers and team members
- Be passionate in providing consistently high levels of customer service
- Have great attention to detail and a good command of written/spoken English
- Be physically able to carry out manual handling of product at different levels (the nature of this role is highly physical)
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Be able to show you have rights to work in New Zealand
