**Description**:
About the Role

As an AML Specialist you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of customer cases including simple cases, high value cases and complex entities. This includes the end to end CDD requirements, evaluation of corporate entities and structures and ensuring compliance with AML legislation. You will be part of the engine room of our business and your passion will see you making a positive impact in the global AML space, you’ll always be empowered to get right behind solving our customers' problems.

We will always work hard to ensure that you always understand the positive role that you plan in our team and our leaders are committed to future development.

**On a day to day basis you can expect to**:
Be the first point of contact for our customers and their clients
Building sound relationships with clients, customers and internal stakeholders across the business
Be responsible for CDD cases including partnering with compliance officers of our clients to find solutions for out of the ordinary situation
Completing the end to end CDD process ensuring compliance with the legislation
Keeping up to date with the regulatory guidelines and changes in the legislation
Managing a caseload of AML work and closing cases efficiently

**Skills and Experiences**:
What we are looking for

2+ years in a similar role
Ideally experienced in AML & CDD legislation and comfortable in dealing with complex cases
Experience in managing complex internal and external relationships
Energised by interacting with people and motivated by solving hard problems
Building and nurturing relationships will always be on your priority list
