**About the role**
You will be responsible for managing a great portfolio of clients, working in a fast-paced organisation.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**
- Receive inventory orders from office and warehouse team & negotiate rates with suppliers
- Post Accounts Payable transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Maintain stock levels & keep records of all supplier contracts
- Analysis of operating cost and expenses and report to the Management team
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
**Education and Experience**
Do you have 1-3 years accounts payable or general accounts experience?
Do you know your way around relevant accounting softwares & are good at data entry and management?
