We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for interior design and home furnishings to join us in this exciting and vital sales function in Taupo. Our Design Consultants provide in-home consultations meaning you have the ability to get to know your customer, their style, their budget and their home requirements on a personal level and develop a strong rapport. This is a 80 hours a fortnight role, spread over 6 days with only working 3 hours on Saturdays.

We provide ongoing training and development as we look to constantly meet design trends, meaning that you will always be one step ahead with the latest styles. If you enjoy renovating, furniture shopping, home reno TV shows, or reading Your Home and Garden then this will be perfect for you

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong sales experience and customer focus
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Follow up with leads within a set time frame
- Stay up to date with the latest products and trends in the market
- Great attitude and ability to adjust to new requirements
- Book appointments to visit customers on-site
- Deliver quotes based on in-home measurements
- Liaise internally to ensure product availability
- Rectify any product errors or customer feedback
- Prior experience with interior furnishings is desirable

You must have NZ residency or a valid work visa as well as a full, clean driver’s licence.
