We are seeking a Butchery Manager to join our team

The Role:

- Lead the Butchery team
- Listen to customers to find out what they want and need in one simple shop
- Ensure the department complies with all relevant food safety & H&S requirements
- Build relationships with the wider team and leadership team to get the very best results
- Work with the senior leadership team deliver on delivering department targets

What are we looking for:

- Qualified butcher is preferred, who is happy to get on the knives when required and oversee training of apprentice butchers
- 1-2 years Supermarket or FMCG experience with SAP knowledge is preferred
- 2 years Butchery experience to a supervisory level
- Excellent communication
- Reliable, honest and be a good team player
- A leader who will grow and coach their team to perform to their best
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
