**About The Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate IT Operations Engineer to join our team at Valocity. As an IT Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all internal systems at Valocity are effective and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all corporate technology, including Office, finance and HR systems, ticket management systems, and relevant connecting technologies.
- Provide end-user support and training on the use of other Microsoft cloud products such as Office 365, Intune, Exchange Online.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune and other Microsoft cloud products such as Office 365, Intune and Azure.
- Configure and manage Intune policies for end-user devices, including mobile phones, laptops, and tablets.
- Document technical solutions and processes related to Intune and other Microsoft cloud products.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Intune and other Microsoft cloud products such as Microsoft Defender, Azure Defender for Cloud
- Participate in the design and implementation of new solutions using Microsoft cloud products.
- Design, develop, and manage effective internal tools focusing on MS-Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
- Manage appropriate access controls across all devices using Microsoft AD and tools such as Intune to ensure a secure environment.
- Ensure appropriate information backup and versioning is in place.
- Support ISO27001 processes and update and support any policies applicable to internal tools.
- Analyze how systems are used and propose improvements. Keep abreast of changing corporate technologies and advise on upgrades or replacements.
- Stay up-to-date with new features and capabilities of Intune and other Microsoft cloud products, recommending improvements to the IT infrastructure.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Eligible to work in New Zealand.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tooling, including MS-Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory.
- A passion for ongoing learning and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with ISO27001 processes would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other science-related fields, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Computer Science / Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering).
- Microsoft certifications are especially relevant.
