**DISPATCH COORDINATOR**

We are a South Auckland based packaging business and we require a Dispatch Coordinator to join our busy team.

To be suitable for the role, you will have:

- a can-do positive attitude
- commitment to working full time (including weekends at times)
- ability to work as part of a team
- communication skills
- accuracy and attention to detail
- a Fork Hoist licence or endorsement
- no criminal record
- drug test pass

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- Allocate daily deliveries to the drivers ensuring that the customers receive their goods at the designated times.
- Problem solving to ensure the best outcome for customer requirements on delivery times.
- Coordinating loading requirements to ensure delivery targets are met on time
- Allocating a loading schedule in priority order to ensure that these targets are achieved.
- Ensuring all items required for a job are included on the delivery note and loaded with the delivery.
- Drive efficiencies to ensure the smooth running of loading.
- General housekeeping to the loading bay and yard area.
- Operate fork hoist for loading and unloading as required
- excellent customer service at all times

You will be required to work full time 30-40 hours per week and will be paid $29 to $30 per hour.
