**Ko tō tūranga - Your Role**:
The main purpose of the regional Customer Business Manager is to partner our SME customers to drive profitable future growth for Vodafone by focusing on delivering mutually beneficial outcomes to up-sell and cross opportunities, pipeline building for future revenue streams and exceptional customer engagement.

**Ko tō mahi - What you’ll do**:
No two days will be the same in this role, as you will ensure we maximise and manage the full customer lifecycle supporting our customers business as they grow. You will also develop and build strong long-lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders, as well as:

- Be seen as the regions go-to trusted digital partner of choice.
- Drive growth opportunities across customer portfolios.
- Hunt for up-sell and cross opportunities within the current base.
- Prospect develop and close opportunities.
- Develop and lead strategic sales projects to grow revenue and customers in your region
- Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to customer lifecycle management in order to promote increased growth and loyalty
- Improve customer experience and NPS
- Planning and reporting against targets and sales pipeline

**Na tōu rourou - What you’ll bring**:
As a Customer Business Manager, you will bring your customer first attitude (ensuring the customer remains the forefront of everything we do), strong commercial acumen, outstanding communication, influencing and negotiation skills. You will also bring:

- 2+ years’ experience in account management
- Strong sales and service customer orientation, with the ability to identify, understand and determination to meet customer needs, grow their business and help them digitally transform.
- High attention to detail with good writing planning and reporting for strategic decision making skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of experience on solution selling covering multi-market and channel.
- Demonstrate a high level of work productivity, exhibited self-starting, a commitment to reduce unproductive time, taking the initiative and a display of leadership in getting on with the job
- Strong results orientation with a track record of achieving exceptional results and rational decision making
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Telecommunication industry knowledge is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in the use of CRM software for managing activity.
