**Role purpose**
Your primary purpose is to assist in the smooth running of our warehouse operations, from receiving and storing products to fulfilling customer orders and delivering them in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, preparing orders accurately for shipment, and ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored.

- Maintain collaborative relationships with key clients
Logistics **Loading and unloading goods onto the delivery vehicle using appropriate equipment and techniques.**
- Planning and following the most efficient routes for deliveries, taking into account traffic and weather conditions.
- Checking vehicles before starting the delivery to ensure that they are in good working order, oil, water, fuel, tire pressure and that all required documents are on board.
- Delivering goods to the correct locations, on time, and in good condition.
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and store to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Recording delivery information such as names, addresses, and signature of recipients.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and any issues that arise during deliveries.
- Following all safety and traffic regulations while on the road.
- Ensuring that the vehicle is kept clean and in good condition.

Warehouse **Reading and interpreting customer orders and picking lists to determine which products need to be selected.**
- Pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness
- Keeping accurate records of products selected, packaged, and shipped.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing orders.
- Using manual and/or powered equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to select products
- Communicating with supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
- Ensuring that all safety and sanitation regulations are followed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Following proper material handling procedures to prevent damage to products, equipment and people.
- Receiving and stocking activities when required.
- Lifting, carrying and placing heavy packages, boxes and pallets
