**Job Description**:
Are you a lover of Fashion and Apparel? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Are you able to help drive and lead a sales culture within a team? If you answered yes to these, then we have a role for you

In this role, you will work closely with the Apparel Manager to lead, coach & motivate your team to success. You will assist in making the department appealing to our customers by using visual merchandising techniques and planograms. You will assist in creating and maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers, along with assisting and guiding customers with all of their apparel needs

**This role is 40 hours Tues - Sat.**

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you will have:

- Proven retail experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
