- The role is base at our client's site in Hamilton
- The role is for a full time position
- The working hours is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly committed and motivated Client Site Manager to be responsible for the day to day operations of a team. The Client Site Manager will ensure revenue, EBIT, productivity, client, project, and employee engagement targets are achieved through planned management and effective leadership of a customer/s or site.
**Main duties**
- Office Service Management and Site Administration
- Driving site customer service standards
- Reporting and analysis
- Client and supplier relationship management
- Meeting target SLAs and KPIs
- Adhoc service management including reception
- Staff management, training, induction, development and recruitment
- General back office support and admin tasks as required
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and client Health & safety Standards
**Key Requirements**
- Previous proven experience in client, supplier and staff management preferred
- Strong attention to detail, hardworking, reliable and flexible
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Able to effectively prioritise and multitask and handle interruptions
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Good knowledge of MS packages in particular Microsoft Office and Word
- Experience in finding opportunities to increase our offering to our clients
- Knowledge and understanding of the BPO industry would be ideal, but not required
- You are known for your professionalism and ‘getting things done.
