If you are a highly motivated, Occupational Therapist/Kaiwhakaora Ngangahau, who has a passion for working with tamariki and supporting whānau, enjoys being part of a multidisciplinary team, then we would love to hear from you.
We have an opportunity for a 1.0 FTE, 12-month fixed term position, for an Occupational Therapist within Child Development Service. We are a specialist service providing assessment and intervention for children with (or at risk of) an intellectual, sensory or physical disability and Autism Spectrum disorder.
This position will involve assessments, goal-based intervention, group work and education with tamariki and their whānau. We use a holistic approach to enable children to reach their maximum potential. We have a fantastic multidisciplinary team who you will work alongside and support you to reach your full protentional.

**He Korero mōu - About You**
- Current or in the process of gaining a practicing certificate with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand
- Knowledge of the Health System and Enable New Zealand
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team and using patient focused goals
- Experience in working with pepi/tamariki from 0- 16 years of age
- Upholding our CARE Manaakitanga values are integral to our practice
- A current valid full New Zealand drivers' licence
