SME for SAP SuccessFactors, EC, ECP, CPI and IAS
Application, integration, and infrastructure support
BS11 Regulatory compliance
What will your day look like

**This role is accountable for**:
Maintain production and stand-by instances of SAP SuccessFactors
Regulatory Compliance management and testing.
SME for SAP SuccessFactors; ECP, EC, CPI and IAS
Incident and Request Management.
Raise changes for upgrades/patches etc.
Maintain runsheets for BAU activities
Assist squad in delivering initiative when needed
Rostered on-call
What will you bring?

- **Required skills and knowledge**:
**Proven hands-on experience in the following technology**: SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP BTP - Cloud Platform Integration, and SAP IAS
Proficient Functional and Technical capability in SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience with Payroll Operations
DevOps/Agile Framework

**Recommended skills and knowledge**:
Experience with Spinifex, Easy Clone, Easy Reporter.
Knowledge of Payroll business functions; Recruit, On-Boarding, Employee Relations, Performance etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be capable to present information to management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

**Qualifications and Certifications**:
A degree in information technology and / or extensive years of technical experience.
Industry certification.
