- Knowledgeable in the Building Act 2004 and related amendments.
- Understanding of sections pertaining to purpose, compliance schedule, building warrants of fitness, notices to fix, dangerous buildings, public use, regulation infringements, and forms specified systems.
- Proven track record in the respective field with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
