**Job Description**:
We are searching for a high performing Transport Coordinator who will be responsible for the dispatching of LCL/Air Freight products and ensure the timely delivery of customer cargo from warehouse to the customer.

Reporting to the Transport Manager, this role is based in our Auckland office.Toll Group offers continuous professional development through our bespoke online learning portal, genuine career opportunities and an inclusive culture.

As the Transport Coordinator, you will:

- Liaising with various Toll Internal departments, customers and carriers as to cargo collections to meet specific customer delivery requirements.
- Timely, clear and accurate supply of delivery instructions ensuring the physical movement of cargo is delivered to required expectations and troubleshooting when/if issues arise.
- Manage communications of additional delivery, storage, handling charges to key stake holders promptly to ensure accurate recovery/investigation.
- Accurately allocating shipments to our trucks to maximise movements and profitability.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 1 + years experience in freight forwarding, transport and logistics industries.
- Previous CargoWise experience highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a natural team player.
