We are a high-end furniture and home dcor company with more than 5000 products online that has been established since 2020. With a remarkable response from customers online, we have expanded our operations and opened a small gallery for the past two years. The increasing sales and customer demand have led us to lease a spacious 310sqm building, which has been converted into a stunning showroom. To continue growing our sales and business, we are now seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team.

**Responsibilities**: Develop a comprehensive product and marketing strategy aligned with the companys goals and market trends.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.

Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and functionalities based on customer needs and business objectives.

Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and user engagement, to identify areas for improvement.

Continuously optimize the product offering based on data-driven insights, market trends, and customer preferences.

Coordinate and develop effective product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and furniture product management.

**Requirements**: Minimum of two years experience in sales and marketing or business management-related roles.

Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a proven track record of driving sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

**We offer**: A full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week.
