**About the Role**:
Due to continued growth across our client’s dealership, on their behalf, we are seeking an experienced **Service Administrator **to join their customer facing service team. This team is motivated to provide customers with the most memorable and positive vehicle service experience each and every time.
- Meet and welcome customers
- Answer telephone and personal enquiries
- Communicate and coordinate between customers and the workshop team
- Schedule appointments, provide quotes and invoices for customers
- Accurately maintain all customer and vehicle records
- Provide warranty details to customers, tracking repair or maintenance status
- Ensure compliance with policy and procedures
- Accurately cost and invoice all works performed

**About You**:

- Ideally service administration experience within the automotive industry (preferably at a dealership level)
- Exceptional service and communication skills
- Confident and comfortable with problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Great organization and time management
- Able to have a bloody good laugh
