**_Te Ako o te Tui_** is a newly purpose built, large Early Childhood Centre with exceptional facilities.
**We are on the lookout for an inspiring qualified teacher to join our** **Over Two’s room teaching staff.** Your role will be to use your positive energy to build relationships with the children, their parents, and the team to be able to facilitate and promote positive learning. Our centre has 2 separate rooms and fantastic outdoor spaces - plenty of room for you to support and nurture our tamariki, so that they have fun, learn and thrive The teaching team and families of our centre bring about a gorgeous cultural diversity which we embrace and celebrate. **Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
- A NZ recognised qualification and registration
- At least 2 years of proven experience and skills
- High standards of written and spoken English
- NZ Residency or valid NZ work visa
- Ability to contribute to the professional reputation of the centre
- Demonstrate a passion for and commitment to quality teaching and learning
- Ability to work positively and proactively as a team member
- Ability to create a warm and welcoming environment for all children and parents/whanau
- Willingness to participate in a range of staff development activities
- Self-motivated, innovative, reflective and prepared to think beyond boundaries
