**What the day will look like**

As an Account Broker at Aon, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Account Management team on assigned accounts
- Supporting with day-to-day account management matters, including renewal preparation, documentation and outstanding premiums
- Liaising with clients and insurers on broking matters
- Providing timely written or verbal communications to underwriters and clients
- General support/assistance to the team

**How this opportunity is different**

This is an exciting opportunity for applicants who have a background in insurance or financial services and are looking for a fast-paced role using their customer service and administrative skills. Based at our Hamilton branch, you will provide dedicated support to two Account Managers.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

To hit the ground running, you should have:

- Customer-focused, with good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- A great team player with the ability to get along with a wide variety of people
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Insurance/financial services experience an advantage
