A construction career at Ryman is different from the average. The size, scale and complexity of our projects match any in the industry. They include a full range of spaces from multi-story apartments, hospitals, cafes, swimming pools, townhouses and everything in between, with build values ranging from $100 - $300 million across the length of our projects, which typically take 2 to 5 years.

**In this role you will**:

- Ensure that all Quality Assurance documentation and processes are kept up to date and accurate
- Administrate and coordinating Quality Assurance systems on site
- Monitor and assist staff and subcontractors using our CONQA Quality Assurance system
- Update and amend system checklists and procedures in our Quality Assurance system
- Liase with the site based Project Manager and Foreman to ensure Quality Assurance is being updated regularly and the system is being used correctly
- Assist in the training of staff on how to use our CONQA system
- Report monthly on the status of on-site Quality Assurance progress
- Conduct audits on subcontractors and suppliers

This is a **fixed term**, full-time position, working 0700 to 1730.

**Who are you?**
- Ideally you have an understanding of the construction industry. This is an entry level role, so relevant experience not required
- You are highly organised and are proactive and innovative
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- You're a stickler for detail, and love to be have everything "just right"
- You are systems orientated, and have a genuine passion for quality and you understand the importance of having robust systems in place
