Our Premium Managers are critical to ensuring that our customers feel valued while receiving the best service in the market. You will be assisting our clients to accelerate their financial progress, by conducting quality Financial Wellbeing Reviews to uncover their financial goals and needs, as well as making personalised recommendations to help them achieve them. You will build strong relationships with new and existing customers, manage and retain those existing relationships, while also successfully growing the existing portfolio of high value clients.

**Ō pūkenga | About you**:

- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining long lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Extensive, current lending experience and existing knowledge of home Lending products
- An ability to identify the bigger picture and anticipate customers financial needs
- Knowledge of the current responsible lending legislation and AML requirements

You will need to be highly organised, which will be the key to effective management of your day and customer centric service needs to be at the forefront for you in this fast paced dynamic environment.
