This role is to provide technical, reporting and analytical expertise as well as data and financial administration for the Strategic Development Programmes and Property Group. It will utilise the data and reporting systems currently in use within the Group (SAP and Fulcrum, SharePoint, PowerBI - including a bespoke site called ProAction) for management reporting, analysis, financial administration and document/data management. This will involve creating, amending and building reports/dashboards for the team and stakeholders as required.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
- To utilise the data systems used by the Group for management reporting, analysis, financial administration and document/data management. This will involve creating, amending and building reports/dashboards for the team and stakeholders to provide data insights and business improvement opportunities.
- To provide innovative technical solutions and system enhancements to address the day to day requirements of the Strategic Development Programmes and Property Group, as well as developing PowerBI models to provide insights and influence the activity and priorities of the Group.
- Engagement with key stakeholders to obtain data and present forecasts and reports
- Work under time pressure to deliver monthly reports to management and key stakeholders

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of Power BI.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP and SAP RE or similar accounting systems
- Tertiary Degree in Computer Science or Information Management, Information Systems or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- 5 years' relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a reporting and analytics role with responsibility for maintaining and improving systems and processes, preferably in the property or project sector.
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards to meet varied stakeholder requirements.
- Experience in providing insightful and influential analytics.
