As a Junior Software Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our industry-leading web and mobile apps using the latest.NET Microsoft technologies.

**About the Role**
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Onside’s web and mobile apps.
- Collaborate with senior developers and the product team to implement new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing functionality.
- Contribute to software design discussions and code reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
