**What will you do?**

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our Business Systems team, based in our Christchurch offices - with a hybrid working model available. **This is a fixed term 9-month position to cover parental leave.**
- Undertaking tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security
- Managing user access roles, profiles, and groups
- Performing preventative maintenance including the installation upgrades, patches, hot fixes by considering release notes
- Constantly being on the lookout for ways to improve capabilities, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

**Who are you?**
- You are an experienced Application Support Specialist with a demonstrated understanding of configuring enterprise level software.
- You have background knowledge and integration experience
- You have a high attention to detail and create quality documentation
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, system design, IT infrastructure and database concepts
