**Technically, you will need**:

- Proven experience in leading learner success initiatives in a diverse educational environment
- Knowledge of the latest research and best practices in literacy, numeracy, learning support and inclusive education
- Proficient data analysis to inform decision making
- Strong time and project management (a formal project management discipline is not required - more that you can evidence delivery of results within expected timeframes)
- A relevant degree in Education, Adult Teaching and Learning, or a related field
