As Deputy Principal, you will play a key role in shaping our school's culture, tone, and operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Leadership of Year Level: Oversight of a specific year level, including pastoral care, student engagement, and academic progress.
Department Leadership: Supporting allocated departments with leadership, guidance, and development.
School Tone and Uniform: Upholding school tone, expectations, and uniform standards.
Health and Safety: Overseeing school compliance with health and safety regulations.
Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC): Supporting off-site learning experiences to enrich student education.
Alternative Education: Managing and supporting pathways for students in our off-site alternative education.

Is student-focused and committed to fostering equitable outcomes for all learners.
Brings knowledge and experience in culturally responsive leadership, embracing diversity and promoting inclusivity.
