**The role**

People build their perception of the ASB brand from their experiences and our communications. A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to join the ASB Brand Experience team who are part of the Brand & Marketing Practice contributing to the development of great brand, community and sponsorship experiences.

As the Associate Brand Manager your primary focus is to drive and implement key brand communications to deliver our brand strategy. Bringing the ASB brand to life for our people and customers.

Working within a busy and varied environment, this role will see you working closely with the Brand & Marketing practice (including research, internal and external communications) our creative agency, media and other key agencies. You'll be tasked with supporting, overseeing, and driving specific initiatives and supporting the wider marketing team with their creative campaigns at a brand level.

**What you will bring**

Ideally you will have at least 3 years' marketing or creative agency experience and be ready for your next career move. You will be a natural organiser, managing multiple and varying projects at once and be able to deal with the pressure of tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills are essential. You work well under pressure, will be adept at managing great relationships with key stakeholders as well as have sharp proofreading skills. You enjoy working independently but also as part of a team and are focused on getting the best results for our customers.
