MGE New Zealand a division of the McKay Group is an electrical switchboard manufacturing company specialising in engineered solutions with operations spanning across New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific.

We are looking for skilled Electrical Fitters to join our company in our Whangarei office.

The primary focus of this role is to complete all switchboard manufacture to superior standards of safety, quality and service, and to ensure that all work is carried out profitably and all relevant documentation is completed accurately and on time.

**The successful applicant will need to demonstrate**:

- Good communication skills and a solid customer service focus.
- The ability to be well organised and to prioritise work tasks, and exercise initiative.
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in reading and understanding electrical diagrams.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience as a fitter and/ or appropriate electrical knowledge.
- The ability to work under pressure effectively both independently and as part of a team.

An EWRB licence would be advantageous though not a requirement.
