Eagle Recruitment is seeking experienced Fitters and Turners.
- Min of 4 years’ relevant experience
- Proficiency in machining various materials on conventional engineering machines.
- Ability to diagnose and carry out repairs on equipment.
- Ability to carry out electrical diagnostics would be advantageous.
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Welding experience would be advantageous.
- Sound knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics would be advantageous.
- Programming and setting up CNCs would also be advantage but not essential.
- Good English skills and a current car driver's license are essential.
Applicants must:
- Be willing to undergo occasional drug tests while employed
- Be flexible with work hours
- Have NZ residency citizenship or valid NZ work visa
Successful applicant may be required to work in different locations - Northland Auckland Waikato Bay of Plenty Gisborne Hawke's Bay Taranaki Manawatu-Whanganui Wellington Nelson-Tasman Marlborough West Coast Canterbury Otago Southland.
Pay rate starts from $29.66 to $32.00 per hour depending on skills and qualifications.
Regular work hours are 30 hours per week.
