- The role is base at our client site in the CBD Auckland
- 12 month fixed-term opportunity
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm

**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, outgoing and customer focused Print Room Operator based on our high-profile client site. The primary focus of this entry level role is to ensure effective delivery of contracted services in accordance with Service Level Agreements and our customers’ expectations.

Main Duties include:

- Ensure all billing information is logged in the appropriate systems
- Prepare documents for scanning and digitisation
- Prepare and process print requirements including invoices for mailing
- Expenditure and wastage are minimized to ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor consumables and general supplies, reorder and distribute as required
- Deliver services in line with customer expectations
- Ensure all customer requests are completed and delivered on time and within budget as per customer requirements
- Operational processes are followed to ensure service delivery excellence
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements
- Complete all work efficiently and effectively to maximize equipment productivity
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Provide customer assistance and support

**About You**
- Fiery RIP, Adobe Suite experience is preferred
- Good understanding of print operations
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Knowledge of finishing and binding operations and low/mid volume print/copying operations
- Working knowledge of production printers and large format printers
- Good understanding of electronic printing and outsource print operations
- Print Colour Management skills
- Microsoft Office experience
