Hino Distributors (NZ) Ltd was established in 1983 and is the sole distributor of Hino Trucks in New Zealand, offering an exciting range of light, medium and heavy-duty trucks via a national sales network.

An exciting and new position has been created for a motivated and dynamic **Product and Sales Strategy Manager** who will provide a constant link and flow of relevant information between our nationwide product and sales teams.

**What you will be doing**

Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with the National Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings and sales approach. You will
- Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands, including identifying market trends, assessing competitor products, and defining product roadmaps
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing, distribution, and promotional activities; and monitor and analyse sales data to identity areas for improvement
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of product and sales strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Manage the budget allocated to product development and sales initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Report on the performance of product and sales strategies to the executive team. Using data analysis to refine and optimize strategies as needed.

This a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing company. This role will be based in either Auckland or Palmerston North.
