**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**

As the Senior Lead - Accounts Payable, you will assume a central role within the AP and finance team, directing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function. across New Zealand and Indonesia, offering leadership to propel their daily performance. An integral part of your responsibilities will be to strategically improve the efficiency of the AP function, and work closely with the Design team and implementation advisors for our new ERP system

**About You - Te Rongoāto**

As the Senior Lead - Accounts Payable, you specialize in the intricacies of AP. Your proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is strong, complemented by a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Ideally, your professional background includes navigating the complexities of large global organizations, infused with a modern perspective, and exposure to ERP systems. You have experience in a similar role leading accounts payable or finance teams.

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Demonstrate a robust commitment to process improvement, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills tailored for the Accounts Payable (AP) domain.
- Proactively identify and implement process enhancements, exhibiting adaptability to new systems and procedures in the pursuit of operational excellence.
- Demonstrate familiarity with a medium to large ERP accounts payable system, with a preference for experience with Oracle.
- Navigate external and internal audit requirements, ensuring compliance with established protocols and contributing to a robust control environment.
- A relevant finance degree would be advantageous
