To further support this growth, we are seeking an experienced DevOps lead who can help us grow and evolve the impact our DevOps team has in the R&D process.

**What we're looking for**
- An experienced DevOps engineer who is already leading a team, or feels they have what it takes.
- Someone who understands how DevOps practices can be developed and evolved, who understands the value a DevOps team brings, and who is passionate and interested in realizing the full potential of a DevOps team as it impacts the quality and efficiency of product development.
- A highly technical hands-on team leader who loves sharing knowledge, and is keen to drive excellence, and develop their people's technical skill sets.
- A good communicator with a spread of knowledge of product development and engineering operations to grow the team's capability and working practices.
- An innovator with a passion for all things technical, a curious and analytical mind, mixed with softer leadership qualities and a desire to grow themselves and others.

- We're a global software product company with a startup feel that started over a decade ago, with offices in the US, UK and here in New Zealand.
- We develop an open source Talent Experience Platform with several products built on-top, deployed by our global partner network across all manner of organisations, institutes and companies.
