**Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role**
EIT Te Pūkenga offers over 150 qualifications from certificate and diploma to degree and postgraduate levels at campuses in Hawke’s Bay, Tairāwhiti (Gisborne) and Auckland. Experience being part of a vibrant learning community in one of New Zealand’s top tertiary institutes. We have **two** permanent opportunities for well-organised Programme Administrators to join our Hawke's Bay campus in full-time capacity (37.5 hours per week). The appointing salary for these roles will be between $54,000 and $57,000, depending on skills and experience.
The Programme Administrator will be responsible for:
- Providing a quality reception and information service to kaimahi and ākonga
- Process student marks in EIT’s student assessment systems aPlus+ and Artena, and produce results reports for Programme Cluster Committee (PCC) approval. Provide student result notifications as required
- Organise class lists, set up course timetables and give appropriate staff access
- Assisting with academic requirements/regulations and results
- Assist in School activities such as student orientations, achievement ceremonies, graduations, Information Days and meetings

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Outlook and computer experience.
- A professional attitude with a willingness to help out the wider team where necessary.
