He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future rehabilitation service in our Health in Aging ward. This 39 bed ward for mostly over 65 year olds, includes an acute stroke service, stroke rehab, orthopaedic and medical patients needing an enablement approach. This role, will be leading alongside the clinical nurse manager, promoting interdisciplinary working to a level of clinical excellence and be innovative in exploring models of care to obtain best patient outcomes.
