Consult Recruitment are managing the search for the critical role of Group Accounting Manager.

There is an air of change as they have grown the business and finance team significantly over the last two years. This includes the implementation of a new ERP system later this year. Indevin can offer flexibility on location and other working arrangements, along with development opportunities and a

fast paced and exciting environment.

**A bit about the role**:
The role of Group Accounting Manager is a crucial role in the management of the finance function for the Indevin Group.

The role reports to the Group Financial Controller, and manages four team members in accounting and treasury.

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Leading the month-end process
- Leading the statutory reporting and audit processes
- Leading engagement with external financial advisors and auditors
- Overseeing compliance with all external reporting obligations
- Leading the internal control programs including internal audit activities
- Overseeing the Group's cashflow and working capital management
- Leading derivative instrument management including FX and interest rate instruments
- Lead the Group insurance program including claims processes
- Provide leadership to the Group Accounting team including recruitment and actively managing the performance of the team.

**What are we looking for?**

Due to the technical nature of this role, we require a Qualified Accountant who has a strong and current knowledge of regulatory and IFRS requirements and together with strong financial reporting experience.

You will have the ability to lead, train and develop the team and have a strong understanding of commercial issues.

This is a unique role that melds together technical expertise and involvement in the commercial operations of the business. If you enjoy using your skills to tell the story of a business and enable business activities, this role is an exciting opportunity.
