Dream Booster Engineering Ltd is an experienced, privately owned, mechanical engineering company. Our well-equipped purpose-built workshop based in Hamilton, in the heart of New Zealand, offers total engineering services to a broad client base.
Are you an experienced **Mechanical** **Fitter **with site works experience? Looking for a versatile and dynamic role where your skills can shine? We’re seeking a motivated and adaptable **Mechanical** **Fitter **for permanent employment with an immediate start.
**Requirements**:
Remuneration will $30-$40 depending on experience and working hours of 7.30 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday totalling 40 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to learn and work in a fun and dynamic environment improve your skills and broaden your experience.
- Ensure team members complete the tasks they are assigned to
- Ensure all products are assembled and tested correctly with our Quality procedures
- Read & interpret drawings and relay this information to our team
- Assemble & Test Truck & Trailers
- Work harmoniously with all members of our team
- Work efficiently while supervising our team
- Installation & commissioning of hydraulics, brakes, and mechanical components.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role involving mechanical fitting / fabrication
- NZQA level 3 in Engineering related studies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with multiple groups within business
- Proven track record related to engineering
