**About the role**

We are currently looking for a Kaiwhakarite (Administrator) with a focus on Ako (Programme Delivery), to join our team at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that the takiwā Ako team is supported with any administrative tasks related to programme delivery. Some key responsibilties are (but not limited to) below;
- Minute Taking
- Assist with Programme Delivery Schedules and Lesson Plans
- Assist with completion of travel/kai requests
- Provide assistance for Monitors Visits/Kōmiti Awhina - contacting stakeholders, collation of information for reporting purposes, filing
- Scheduling appointments
- Provide support to kaiako with administrative tasks and programme resourcing

**About you**

The successful person will have:

- A certificate in Business Administration or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and support services.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Great written and oral communication skills.
- A supportive and collaborative communication style and able to convey messages to suit the audience.
- Able to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment and participate in cultural activities.
