**About the role**

Are you ready to be the backbone of our team? We are seeking a Kaiwhakarite Matua (Senior Administrator) who will be instrumental in providing crucial administrative support for our Takiwā. This role involves taking ownership of administrative tasks including some complex responsibilities to allow our management and takiwā kaimahi to concentrate on their key roles and drive the achievement of our strategic objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your versatility and adaptability by working across various administrative areas when needed.

In addition to the core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to engage and get involved with various other activities such as setting up and attending pōwhiri, hosting visitors, supporting recruitment drives and assisting fellow kaimahi as needed.

**About you**
- Full driver's license
- A track record of managing administrative tasks and duties.
- Exceptional organisational skills and able to take initiative to complete tasks with mínimal direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organisation, as well as external stakeholders.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Able to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment and participate in cultural activities.
