Our client are a market dominating and progressive engineering business with over 60 years trading in Richmond. They are in an exciting expansion period and are in the final design stages for their new and modern facilities.

**Position Overview**:
As an Estimator and Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our organization by driving sales growth and providing accurate estimates to clients. You will collaborate with the sales and project management teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while ensuring that all estimates align with our company's profitability goals. This position requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide accurate estimates for services/products
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
